A creative leader and strategist. Founded and managed Linear Blue, a software consultancy firm, for over 17 years across three continents. Designed and built scalable CRM & business applications for hundreds of companies including Eurostar, Unilever and Verizon.

Now working on Jobroo, a free personal assistant to manage your job search. Inspired by working with Young adults from a non for profit called YearUp and identifying a real world problem these young adults faced when applying for jobs at the end of their internships. This is the first step in their careers and Jobroo is built to stay with them throughout their whole work-life.

A strong People Manager working in the world of Technology. my key talents are in the development of others, building strong stakeholder relationships and mentoring. I moved to San Francisco in 2015 with Microsoft to head up an Internal IT Division for one of their products ‘Yammer’, I have since Helped develop an internal infrastructure team and subsequently taken on a role to improve Customer Experience with our Product worldwide. I have a real passion to ensure our products our built with our customers in mind and work hard to ensure we look at this from all angles pre and post production.

I also pioneered the YearUp program for Microsoft in the Bay Area and have hosted many interns as their manger as well as recently becoming an official mentor for the program.
